We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity serving Veterans in Ada, Oklahoma. This is a full-time role offering a predictable weekday schedule, dedicated administrative time, excellent benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No call. No evenings. No weekends. No holidays.

What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to Veterans
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, health education and chronic disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted APRN license
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS
- Primary care experience preferred
- VA/CPRS/VISTA experience is a plus, not required
