House Keeper Living Facility (ALF) in Pompano Beach

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our assisted living team. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high cleanliness standards, and treats residents with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces according to facility standards.
• Make beds and change linens as scheduled or needed.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Interact courteously and respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or assisted living experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
