Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and assist with incoming phone calls
Check patients in and out
Collect customer payments
Perform other clinical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Conduct customer refill assessments primarily by phone
Facilitate insurance verification
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in a medical setting.
Medical CSR experience (strongly preferred)
Professional attitude and appearance
Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Cooperative work ethic
