Health Care Management Corporation is hiring a Full-Time Residential CILA QIDP to support adults with developmental disabilities in our community-based CILA homes in Shelbyville, IL.

What You’ll Do
As a QIDP, you will play a key leadership role in helping individuals live as independently and successfully as possible in the community.
- Oversee and monitor individualized service plans
- Support and guide Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Ensure quality care and compliance with DHS/DDD standards
- Advocate for residents and help them achieve personal goals
- Coordinate services and maintain documentation
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and team members

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service-related field (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- QIDP certification preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
