  • Collaborate closely with behavioral health providers, psychologists, care managers, and case managers to support integrated pediatric and behavioral health services.
  • Support early identification and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and developmental delays.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinated care planning.

Clinical Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Review and manage laboratory results, diagnostic studies, referrals, and medication refill requests.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HRSA, FTCA, Medicaid/Medicare, and all applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations.
  • Support data collection and documentation required for grant reporting, quality metrics, and program evaluation.

Quality Improvement & Program Support

  • Participate in Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI), peer review, and chart review activities.

  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to team members as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through integrity, accountability, respectful communication, and compassion.
  • Support organizational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
