This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing rehabilitation services, and offering patient care and home care services. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises.
- Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

- Knowledge of Medicine relevant to physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
