Health Care Associates is on the hunt for a detail-loving, people-first Scheduler to help keep our caregivers and clients connected and cared for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinating schedules for our amazing caregivers and clients
• Solving last-minute call-offs like a pro (think: puzzle master energy)
• Communicating with staff, clients, and families with kindness and professionalism
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and keeping everything running smoothly
• Being the calm in the chaos when things get busy
The Schedule:
• 4 days per week in-office Monday – Thursday 8a-5p (because teamwork makes the dream work!)
• 1–2 days per week on-call (remote from the comfort of your home!)
• Weekend & holiday on-call rotation (shared with the team—you’re not alone!)
