- Provide specialized emergency and trauma care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years recent ER RN experience.
- Active RN license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC is a plus.
- Ensure timely and effective emergency patient care.
- Follow established clinical procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation.
- Adapt quickly to dynamic ER environments.
