Travel LPN / LVN - Long-Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated Travel LPN/LVN to provide exceptional nursing care in a long-term care facility located in Newport, VT. This position offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $786 to $998, with accommodations and travel expenses covered.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents.
• Follow facility protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
