- Collaborate with team members and communicate care strategies
- Advocate for patient and family needs, ensuring satisfaction
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Support professional growth, mentorship, and leadership within the team
- Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance with policies
- Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
- Certification in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS upon hire
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professional development and quality improvement
