Role: RN First Assist during an EPIC system conversion.
Responsibilities: Provide surgical assistance, scrub and circulate in an acute care setting, and ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
Qualifications: CA license, certification from an approved RNFA course, three years of scrub and circulate experience, current AHA BLS and CNOR certification, AHA ACLS, PALS preferred, and current Professional Liability Insurance.
Skills: Proficiency with EPIC and Cerner systems, minimum six months recent EPIC experience, and ability to start by specified date.
Additional Requirements: Annual surgeon review, must include specific personal details when submitting profile, and undergo orientation. No RTO allowed.
