- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciliation of medical records for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
