Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN license in the applicable state or compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
- Provide direct patient care in the orthopedic surgical setting.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and assist in care coordination.
- Adhere to confidentiality, patient rights, and organizational standards.
