Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) position. This PRN role requires providing high-acuity pediatric patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support.

  • Provide monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies
  • Require an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience, ability to pass background screening

Shift details: 12-hour shifts, day or night based on facility needs.

Compensation and benefits: $60-$62/hour, weekly pay, W2 employment, medical/dental/vision insurance, referral bonuses, and dedicated recruiter support.
