- Follow state-specific laws and the supervising PT's treatment plan, performing only qualified procedures.
- Instruct and assist patients with active/passive exercises, gait, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.
- Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team, coordinating care as needed.
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members within scope of practice.
- Function effectively in diverse home situations regardless of patient background.
- Current licensed or certified in physical therapy practice in the respective state.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
- Availability for weekend rotation.
- Preferred: CPR certification and physical ability to perform patient mobility tasks.
