- High School diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification required
- Completion of a phlebotomy program or relevant experience

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel between locations
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
