Role: A Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for various tests, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Collect and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
- Accurately enter patient data and process billing information.
- Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Travel to additional sites when required.
- Provide superior customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency preferred.
- Experience in blood collection, including pediatrics, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Pass a color blindness test and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible to work overtime and travel as needed.
