The role includes collecting outstanding balances, acting as a liaison with departments, and identifying process improvements. They maintain knowledge of admission and registration requirements and function as a superuser for primary systems.

- Stay updated on registration requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office, and typing skills (35 WPM)
- Ability to train onsite and work flexible hours within 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST
- Full vaccination against influenza (additional boosters as required)
- Preferred: Electronic health record and patient registration experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail
