- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Previous dialysis experience preferred
- Completion of approved training program within 8 weeks of hire
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively
- Compliance with state practice requirements
