Role: Occupational Therapist in a Hand Clinic, responsible for evaluating patients upon referral, developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to restore hand function and independence, and fabricating splints as prescribed.

- Performing comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations
- Designing treatment plans with measurable goals involving patients, families, and staff
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies, and documenting outcomes
- Participating in multidisciplinary team activities, including case rounds, counseling, and discharge planning
- Providing supervision to students and engaging in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid NYS Occupational Therapy License
- Preferred: Hand therapy experience and certification, strong computer and communication skills
