- Report critical values promptly and assist in implementing new testing methods and technologies.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen analysis and reporting.
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
- Strong understanding of blood bank procedures.
