Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient data collection, care planning, and outcome evaluation.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including interviewing, screening, and documenting vital signs.
- Perform telephone and in-person screenings, document findings, and communicate with providers as needed.
- Maintain examination rooms and supply areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Accurately document all patient care activities per policy.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program and licensure in South Carolina or a compact state.
- Preferred: 1 year of LPN experience.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
- Critical thinking, clinical judgment, and strong communication skills are essential.
