Licensed Master Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide compassionate support to individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with community resources and workforce development programs.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to promote positive change.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, and strong crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with childcare resources and effective communication are important. The role involves travel to Lubbock once or twice monthly, with flexible hours (10-20 per week) on weekdays. Benefits include a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement. This in-person position requires a driver’s license and is based in San Angelo, TX.
