- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate community resources.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Licensed as a CVN Therapist.
- Experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care.
