Role: Outpatient Pharmacy Manager responsible for providing pharmaceutical care in a community setting, supporting daily operations, and shaping workflows for a new outpatient pharmacy.
Responsibilities: Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness, ensure timely medication preparation and delivery, counsel patients on medication use, supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, identify process improvements, and support organizational initiatives.
Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy or BSc in Pharmacy, valid state license, knowledge of pharmacy laws, strong communication and management skills, with preferred experience in healthcare systems, board certification, or residency.
Skills: Pharmacy services, medication management, clinical care, project management, quality improvement, problem-solving, legal compliance.
