This is a results-driven role. You are accountable for converting inquiries into booked and kept appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound leads (calls, forms, ads, social, referrals)
- Execute same-day follow-up via phone, SMS, and email
- Convert leads into scheduled evaluations and care plans
- Manage lead pipelines, tags, and automations in GoHighLevel
- Reactivate inactive and past patients
- Monitor and respond to Instagram, Facebook, Google messages and comments
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives
- Generate and manage Google reviews using CRM workflows
- Track and report KPIs: response time, booking rate, show rate, conversions
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
- Sales, patient coordinator, or marketing experience in healthcare or service-based business
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven
- Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
- Chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, or wellness clinic experience
- Familiarity with PI, Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, and cash services
- Experience managing high-volume lead flow and social media inboxes
