Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories.
- Administer IV infusions, medications, and injections following aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Provide specialized IV therapy treatments, including hydration, medication delivery, and blood draws, adhering to established protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and post-care instructions in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet patient needs across various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with current certification.
- Proven experience in IV infusion therapy and administering injections using sterile techniques.
- Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively serve Spanish-speaking patients.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to nursing practice.

Pay: $40.00 per hour
