We are seeking 2 dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), to join our dynamic mental health team.

We are a W-2 Employer and have a private hybrid group practice Bartlett, Illinois

WE SUPPORT OUR THERAPISTS WELL-BEING & BALANVE

• We provide W-2 employee positions with excellent benefits
• We pay our FT therapists $75,000–$98,000 annually
• Our per Session Rate Range: $54.00 - $90.00 - (this session amount - depends on licensure and experience of clinician as well as CPT session code and if a client is using insurance or is a private pay client)

WE PROVIDE EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS 

• BCBS Health Insurance (65% of premium paid by H&HT - employee covers 35%)
• BCBS Dental Insurance (65% of premium paid by H&HT - employee covers 35%)
• Vision & Life Insurance (100% paid by H&HT - free to employee)
• Short-Term Disability (100% paid by H&HT - free to employee)
• Paid Time Off - accrue - 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and
• 401(k) - with up to 4% employer match
• Paid Vacation Time - Earn 1 week @ 2 years / 1.5 weeks @ 3 years / 2 weeks @ 4 years / 2.5 weeks @ 5 years.
• Clinical Training Stipend - FT staff - up to $900.00 annually

WE HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES

• We provide flexibility - day & evening or day/evening/weekend scheduling options are available as well as a hybrid schedule with 3 in office days
• Our FT therapists facilitate 25 sessions a week. They can have 5 sessions per day w/ a 5 day work week or 6-7 sessions per days w/ a 4 day work week.

Clinical Mental Health Licensed Therapists need to have had formal training and expertise in one or more of the following:

• Child Play Therapy & Parent Education / Coaching
• Anxiety and/or OCD Therapy
• Trauma / Complex Trauma Training - ie: EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Somatic Therapy
• ACT and/or DBT
• LGBTQIA Specialty
• ADHD / Autism specialty
