Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) or Emergency Department (ED) care to join our dynamic Health Advocates Network team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions, trauma, and emergencies. The positions open start as a 13 week contract with possibility to extend or go perm if you feel it's a great fit. Get paid $2,158.24 weekly for 36hrs. The ideal candidate will have 2 years ED/ER experience, BLS and ACLS. Active RN license with a clean record.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with current registration; prior experience working within an emergency room or emergency department setting is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, laboratory personnel, and allied health professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stakes situations while maintaining compassion for patients of diverse backgrounds—including pediatrics and geriatrics—and those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
