Position Overview
The Recruiter Assistant is responsible for contacting and qualifying leads, scheduling candidate interviews, and assisting during the recruitment process.

Essential Duties and Requirements
Supports recruiting efforts of division leader and other members of the team by providing administrative assistance on the following tasks:
- generating leads using high volume communication including phone, email, and text messaging.
- generating leads through various recruiting channels, social media, strategic planning, and referrals, including utilization of various job boards, sourcing tools and techniques to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates.
- effectively prioritizing leads and matching with appropriate open positions at client facilities.
- building and maintaining relationships with trade associations, universities, and other organizations to find and attract talent.
- sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates that meet hiring criteria and assessing competence in accordance with company and client specific requirements.
- reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and compensation requirements.
- contacting and recruiting prospective candidates to establish relationships and understand their needs.
- educating prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a career with the company.
- timely follow-up with candidates by phone, email, and text messaging as necessary, including but not limited to, scheduling interviews.
- developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, quality contacts, and referrals.
- preparing profiles of qualified candidates for submission to clients either directly or through a VMS/MSP platform.
- organizing and documenting post-interview debriefing and feedback with the internal team.
- documenting the above-listed tasks in the ATS.

Education and Experience Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience in sales, or in a metrics-driven environment, strongly preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside an office environment.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Frequently communicate with internal and external clients via phone, email, and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
