If you are looking for a medical office position and possess basic Spanish conversation skills, we are hiring. You should have strong computer skills to be able to enter, access, and retrieve data, as well as working with spreadsheets. You should be familiar with using Microsoft Word to format letters and perform administrative functions.
In our offices, we work with people on a daily basis so you should possess excellent customer service skills, be health conscious, caring, ambitious, self motivated, be good with people and willing to help.
Since the office deals with health related matters, you should be able to follow confidentiality procedures; no discussion of patients outside of clinic, be punctual, clean, flexible and willing to learn.
As with any new job, you should be able to follow instructions, multitask, possess an up-tone personality and enjoy talking to people in-person and on the phone.
