- Proven experience in cost containment, claims negotiation, or international assistance
- Strong commercial acumen, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or travel risk sectors
- Demonstrated success negotiating cost savings in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with case management systems and Microsoft Office tools

About The Role
What you’ll do
- Lead global cost containment strategy and initiatives, driving measurable savings across cases and invoices
- Identify high-cost activity and implement tracking and escalation processes to maximize savings opportunities
- Negotiate cost reductions with international providers across healthcare and assistance services
- Partner with Finance and Invoice Processing teams to validate high-value claims and optimize payment strategies
- Establish and monitor cost thresholds, ensuring high-value cases are actively targeted for savings
- Analyze spend trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop policies, frameworks, and best practices to embed cost containment across the organization
- Collaborate with Network, Sales, and Legal teams to influence commercial contracts and pricing structures
- Enhance provider network strategies to support proactive and cost-effective decision-making
- Evaluate third-party/vendor performance and identify opportunities for outsourcing or insourcing
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including expanding cost containment services for clients
