🚀 Healink is hiring a Founding Engineer (NYC)
Healink is an AI care-coordination platform for dentistry. We help practices turn proposed treatments into completed care through a modern patient experience powered by AI. We’re already live with paying practices across multiple states and are now expanding our engineering team.
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer (frontend-leaning, full stack) to join us in NYC.
You’ll work directly with the founding team — an ex-Meta/Google software engineer and a practicing dentist / DSO clinical director — to build core product features and shape the technical direction from the ground up.
- Build and ship core frontend full-stack features
- Own major patient-facing workflows and UX
- Drive product architectural decisions with the founders
- Establish early engineering best practices and influence company culture
- 4–6 years of software engineering experience
- Strong frontend proficiency (React preferred) with full-stack skills
- Experience shipping production products
- Comfort working in a fast-moving seed-stage environment
- Product-minded with attention to UX and detail
- React, Node.js, GCP, Docker, LLM-powered workflows
- Founding engineer impact ownership
- Work directly with experienced technical and clinical founders
- Product already in market with real revenue
- Clear path to grow into senior or tech lead as we scale
