Now Hiring: Employment Pathway Case Managers
HealingUS Communities is seeking compassionate and organized individuals to join our team as Employment Pathway Case Managers. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
This role supports adults impacted by the opioid crisis as they work toward employment, career training, and greater stability. Case Managers guide participants from intake through employment placement and follow-up.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Helping participants gather required employment program documentation
- Developing individualized employment plans
- Connecting participants with career readiness activities and approved training
- Identifying barriers and coordinating appropriate support
- Tracking participation, training progress, and employment outcomes
- Maintaining accurate case notes and participant files
- Supporting job placement and completing 30, 60, and 90-day follow-ups
We are especially interested in candidates who have social work education, certification, or related experience and want to grow their skills in a supportive community setting. Candidates with lived recovery experience and a desire to help others build a better future are also strongly encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, organized, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and able to complete documentation on time. Familiarity with Google Workspace and electronic record systems is helpful. Training will be provided for program-specific procedures.
Positions are based with HealingUS Communities and support participants throughout Central New Jersey.
