Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Worker role based in Rapid City, SD. The Social Worker provides direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing individual, family, and group interventions with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely documentation, coordinating care with internal and external providers, and advocating for client needs and resources.
