Resident Clinician (Marriage & Family Therapy or Professional Counseling) — Couples & Family Focus

Clinical Interests We’re Excited About
We’re especially interested in Residents drawn to:
- Couples therapy and strengthening relational bonds (with a strong interest in EFT)
- Trauma-informed relational work
- Teen therapy and family transitions
- Loss / grief and rebuilding connection after rupture
Role Overview
As a Resident clinician, you’ll provide therapy services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in ongoing clinical supervision.
Compensation
- 60% split of a $150 session rate (= $90/session)

Qualifications
- Therapy and counseling skills
- Assessment and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Master’s degree in MFT or Professional Counseling
- Licensure (or actively working toward licensure) in Virginia
