Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out clients efficiently and professionally
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Sell retail products and memberships
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain client retention
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and future bookings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales ability: Must be comfortable selling products and memberships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven and able to work under performance targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Willingness to learn social media content creation
• Positive, collaborative attitude and team spirit
