Position Overview
As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support each client’s unique goals.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
- Comfortable working with clients across the lifespan (children through older adults)
- Willingness to complete a background check

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Expected Hours: 32–35 per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (8–10 hour shifts available)
- No weekends / Day shift preferred
