Location: Remote (serving clients in multiple states)
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $68,000 per year (based on caseload)
Supervision: Free clinical supervision provided
Caseload: 30 active clients
Start Date: Immediate openings – 30 clients waiting to be assigned

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an Associate or Fully Licensed Therapist who shares our passion for diverse and inclusive care.
Ideal candidates are open-minded, collaborative clinicians who are well-versed in couples therapy, sexuality, and identity work, and who thrive in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology
Current Associate or Full License (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, LPC, PsyD, etc.) in at least one U.S. state
Ability to carry and maintain a full caseload of 30 clients per week
Strong interest or experience in diversity, sexuality, gender, and relationship therapy
Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA affirming clinical lens
Preferred:
Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQ , neurodivergent, and disabled communities
Training or certification in sex therapy, couples therapy, or trauma modalities (EMDR, IFS, EFT, etc.)
Comfort working with virtual systems (TherapyNotes, Headway, Google Workspace, etc.)
