Job Summary: The Overnight Resident Supervisor provides supervision and support to residents during overnight shifts when House Leaders are not available. This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
General Accountabilities:
- Ensure all bed checks are performed per policy and procedures.
- Document all behavioral issues or problems that occur during the shift.
- Monitor residents as they take their prescribed medications and ensure the Medication Log is completed.
- Provide conflict resolution to assist residents in resolving disputes or conflicts.
- Perform Urinalysis Drug Tests when required, following proper protocols.
- Conduct daily house laundry if necessary.
- Ensure house snacks are stocked and readily available for residents.
Skills/Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a residential or similar environment.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and practices.
