Maintenance Staff

Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various equipment and performing essential repairs or preventative maintenance as needed. You will also be accountable for the overall maintenance of our company's property and physical operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in adherence to specifications. Additionally, you will diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and handle routine maintenance tasks.

General Accountabilities:

• Oversee and maintain the company's property and physical operations.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all maintenance and repairs, adhering to specifications.

• Perform assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.

• Execute preventative maintenance measures.

• Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Diagnose mechanical issues and promptly address them.

• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
