Job Description
Healing Hearts Medical, LLC is hiring a Live-In Caregiver to support residents in a structured Adult Mental Health (AMH) Supportive Living Home.
This position provides 24-hour supervision and support in a residential setting, helping individuals maintain stability, independence, and daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and support to residents
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (hygiene, grooming, routine care)
- Monitor resident behavior and report changes
- Provide medication reminders (no administering unless authorized)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and structured home environment
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Document daily activities and incidents
- Support residents with independent living skills
- Respond to emergencies or behavioral situations appropriately
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, home health, or mental health preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to live in the home full-time
- CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
