Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caregiver located in Pennsylvanial. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while ensuring their comfort and safety. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with family members and healthcare providers to follow individualized care plans. The Caregiver will also monitor and report changes in the client’s health and assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in personal care skills such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and basic mobility assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing companionship and interacting with clients and their families
- Knowledge of household management tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Capacity to observe client health and report changes or concerns accurately
- Certification as Direct Care Staff, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania
- Patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet clients’ unique needs
- Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is required
- Must have their own insured vehicle and driver's license
