What You’ll Do
- Evaluate & Innovate - Perform comprehensive internal / external pelvic-floor and musculoskeletal assessments; craft tailored plans for incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum recovery, post-op care, and beyond.
- Heal & Empower - Deliver manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, exercise progression, and lifestyle strategies that help patients return to running, lifting, laughing—without worry.
- Educate & Advocate - Provide clear, compassionate guidance that demystifies pelvic conditions for patients (and often their referring providers), fostering long-term wellbeing.
- Collaborate & Grow - Consult with our ortho and TMJ specialists, share journal findings, and help shape workshops that elevate pelvic-health awareness in the community.
- Pelvic-Health Focus - Coursework (CAPP, PRPC, Herman & Wallace, etc.) and real-world application treating urinary/bowel dysfunction, dyspareunia, prolapse, or related conditions.
- Manual-Therapy Skill - Skilled hands-on techniques for lumbopelvic, hip, and abdominal regions.
- Holistic Perspective - Comfort integrating breathing, posture, and lifestyle coaching alongside exercise.
- Clear Communicator - You listen deeply, document efficiently in EMR, and educate with empathy.
- Active Michigan PT license (or ability to obtain).
