We are seeking a detail oriented and compassionate Account Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients understand their financial responsibilities and receive an exceptional experience throughout their care journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, patient focused and comfortable navigating insurance benefits, account reconciliation, and financial conversations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all patient financial accounts from initial consultation through case completion
- Verify insurance benefits
- Create customized financial care plans
- Reconcile patient accounts
- Conduct routine ledger audits
- Coordinate with billing team
- Contact patients regarding balances due
- Complete administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, insurance verification, or patient financial services preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance benefits
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
This position requires the successful candidate to be on site in our Manahawkin, NJ location. Hybrid position considered for the right candidate.
