Then we have a spot for you at HHM Health. As part of the Behavioral Health team, you will lead the way by ensuring our patients are supported in their treatment journey.
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:
- Develop engaging patient education programs and initiatives related to substance abuse treatment
- Deliver training sessions in an instructor-led classroom style environment and in a web-based instructor-led environment for onsite and remote patients
- Create and maintain patient training and educational materials
- Share your expertise and best practices to help us become the provider of choice
What you need to succeed
To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Education, or related field. Will consider combination of experience and education.
- Three (3) years’ or more of curriculum development and teaching/training. Experience in a clinical environment is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a substance abuse treatment center.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar and MS Office Suite skills.
- Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is a plus.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Ability to travel between office locations.
- Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact.
