Qualifications
- Strong client-focused skills in Customer Service, including clear communication, active listening, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques with the ability to tailor treatments to individual needs and conditions.
- Experience with specialized modalities such as deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, gua sha, or willingness to learn and expand technique range.
- Ability to support client wellness goals related to Stress Management through appropriate massage techniques and guidance.
- Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Arizona and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Prior spa, clinic, or wellness center experience is beneficial.
