What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner position at Healing Hands Integrated Wellness & Primary Care?
Our organization is currently seeking a Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
The ideal candidate would have autonomous practice or the ability to obtain a collaborative agreement with a physician. The successful FNP will be responsible for providing all aspects of primary care, addressing a wide variety of health concerns for patients. We work together to provide an integrative health collaborative team. provide primary care, (preventative, acute, and chronic care), to patients with primary care needs and concerns. You would work with the patient to assess and evaluate, diagnose and treat the patient's needs and concerns, administer medications and monitor patient's response to medications. Provide acute care to those patients in need of immediate medical assistance. Educate patients and families about medical issues and treatment options from an integrative perspective. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and an understanding of the complexities of how mental health and physical health intertwine.
