We are seeking a dynamic and personable Marketer/Community Liaison to join our home health agency serving the Greater Baton Rouge and Northshore areas. Duties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community members, healthcare providers, and local organizations to enhance the agency’s presence and reputation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring clear and compassionate interactions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of the agency’s services within the designated territory.
- Deliver public presentations and participate in community outreach events to educate the public about home health services and foster trust within the community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with overall agency goals.
- Monitor community feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship management, marketing, or community outreach roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong presentation skills for public speaking engagements and community events.
- Knowledge of the Greater Baton Rouge and Northshore communities is preferred.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are desirable for travel within the territory.
