- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping tasks and record reconciliation using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs effectively
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement as needed
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service best practices
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client populations
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
